Liverpool are interested in signing Bayern Munich star Mario Gotze but reports suggest that he can't be got at for less than €45m.
Gotze has been on the treatment table for a number of months with a groin injury but it still very much in Bayern Munich's plans according to Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
Gotze and Klopp worked together at Dortmund and had a very good working relationship. Gotze is one of a number of players that are considering their futures without Pep Guardiola and are reportedly open to 'new challenges'.
If Liverpool can get the deal done this month, it would add some much needed quality to a team struggling to find form.
